Welcome to 2 Hours of Freedom! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.2hoursoffreedom.com, online services, and on-site services at our indoor inflatable park locations.

By using our website or booking any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
Use bots, data scrapers, or automated means to access or copy content
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading information

2. Bookings & Payments

All reservations must be made through our website or by contacting us directly
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
All sales may be final unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to emergencies, safety concerns, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control

3. Participant Requirements

All participants must have a completed and signed liability waiver prior to entering any 2 Hours of Freedom location
Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
Freedom Socks must be worn at all times in play areas
Supervising adults are fully responsible for the behavior and supervision of children in their care
We reserve the right to remove any guest who violates rules or poses a safety risk

4. Safety & Assumption of Risk

By entering any 2 Hours of Freedom location or participating in activities, you acknowledge and agree:

Inflatable play involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and physical injury
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk
You agree to follow all posted rules, signage, and staff instructions
Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal without refund

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2 Hours of Freedom, its owners, franchisees, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from participation in activities
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, images, text, branding, and design—is the property of 2 Hours of Freedom and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

2 Hours of Freedom operates as a franchised business. Individual locations may be owned and operated by independent franchisees.

Policies, hours, pricing, and offerings may vary slightly by location. Each franchise location is responsible for its day-to-day operations, while operating under the 2 Hours of Freedom brand standards.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in or nearest to Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
